SUTRISNO S TATETDAGAT

Appointed as Commissioner of PT Borneo Alumina Indonesia since June 2018 and currently he still serves as Director in PT ANTAM Tbk.

Born on December 31, 1964. Appointed as Development Director since May 2, 2017 based on the resolutions of the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. He received Bachelor of Mining Engineering degree in 1989 and Master in Management degree in 2001. He previously held several key positions in PT Timah (Persero) Tbk such as Corporate Secretary of PT Timah (Persero) Tbk (Jan 2017-May 2017), Senior Assistant to the Board of Directors of PT Timah (Persero) Tbk (2015-2016), Director PT Timah Eksplorasi Mineral (2014-2015) and Director PT Tambang Timah (2008-2014).

Sahala Hasoloan Sijabat

Appointed as Commissioner of PT Borneo Alumina Indonesia since June 2018 and currently he still serves as Director in PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminium (Persero).

Born on November 4, 1955. First appointed as Director of Operation of PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminium (Persero) on April 7, 2014 and on January 28, 2016 appointed as concurrent Director of Business & Development until appointed as Director of Production since April 11, 2018. He graduated from IKIP Negeri Medan in Chemical Engineering (1983). His career started from an employee of PT INALUM during Foreign Investment Company, Assistant Manager of the Department of Carbon from 1987 to 1995, Deputy Manager of the Department of Carbon from 1995 to 1996, Carbon Department Manager from 1996 to 2000, General Affairs and Public Relations Manager from 2000 to 2003, Deputy Senior Manager of Public Relations from 2003 to 2006, Senior Manager of Public Relations from 2006 to 2008, Deputy General Manager of HEPP from 2008 to 2009.

Bambang Wijanarko

Appointed as Director of PT Borneo Alumina Indonesia since June 2018.

Born on 11 March 1978. Formerly Vice President Sales & Marketing, Base Metals Products as experienced person with a demonstrated history of working in the mining & metals industry.

Received Bachelor of Metallurgy and Material Engineering at Universitas Indonesia in 2001 and Master in Mining Engineering at Institut Teknologi Bandung in 2012. Previously held several key positions in PT ANTAM Tbk such as Vice President Sales & Marketing (2017-2018), Project Manager Smelter Grade Alumina Refinery Plant (2015-2017), Marketing Manager Precious Metals Products & Services (2011-2015), Business Development & Engineering Manager (2010-2011) and Refining Process Plant Manager (2009-2011).

Afrizal Akmal

Appointed as Director of PT Borneo Alumina Indonesia since June 2018.

He received his MBA Program (Magister Manajemen) in International Finance from the Prasetya Mulya Business School in 2001. He previously held several key positions in the Ministry of BUMN (Indonesia’s State Owned Enterprise) and Danareksa as Director of Finance and the Vice President of Risk Management Division (2003-2009). He has held another several positions in the banking and financial sector before joining Danareksa, which includes as a Divison Head with Bank Niaga (1991-1999), and Group Head within the Risk Management Division of the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (2003-2009).
